Smartcards have an inbuild RFID chip, which enables quick sharing of data. Simply place the card against a smart phone (or any device which has NFC technology), and a page will pop up with a card holders details. Press add to contacts button, and follow the prompts to save the details to the contacts section on the phone. Card holders details are initially saved to a web page, which you can update anytime, so any new downloads will contain the latest data. All new smart phones have NFC technology, but as a back up for older phones, all cards include a QR code which links to the same contact data.
